You earn 60% of the gross amount a client pays for each session. Astro Logics retains 40% as platform fee, which covers acquisition, payment processing, hosting, support, and product development.
Payouts are disbursed monthly, on the 1st of each calendar month, covering earnings from the previous month. Disbursement is by NEFT/IMPS to the bank account you provide. Bank reference (UTR/RRN) is shown in your earnings dashboard.
Earnings from each session are held for 7 days before becoming payable. This gives clients a window to request refunds for legitimate concerns. After 7 days, earnings flip to payable and cannot be reversed by refund.
Minimum payout threshold is ₹500. If your payable balance on the 1st is below ₹500, it carries forward to the next month. No earnings ever expire.
A client can request a per-minute refund within 7 days of a session ending. If admin grants the refund, your held earnings for that session are debited proportionally (60% of the refunded amount). Refunds never claw back from already-paid-out earnings - the 7-day refund window equals the 7-day hold, so refunds always settle within held balance.
You agree to: (a) provide guidance based on Vedic astrology principles, (b) refuse to give SEBI-restricted investment advice or recommend specific securities, (c) maintain client confidentiality, (d) not solicit clients off-platform, (e) be respectful in all communications. Violation of any of these is grounds for account suspension.
Voice calls on Astro Logics are automatically recorded with explicit client consent collected before each call. Recordings are stored by our infrastructure provider for 90 days and are accessible only to Astro Logics support staff — used for quality control, refund dispute resolution, and fraud investigation. You may listen to recordings of your own sessions on request by emailing info@astrologics.in. Recordings are auto-deleted after 90 days. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that calls you participate in on this platform are recorded under these conditions.
You are responsible for declaring your earnings to Indian tax authorities and paying applicable income tax. We currently do not deduct TDS at source. We may introduce TDS withholding in the future, with prior notice, once your annual earnings approach the ₹20,000 statutory threshold.
Either party can end this relationship at any time. If we suspend or terminate your account, any payable balance is still disbursed to you on the next monthly cycle. Held earnings continue through their hold window before becoming payable.
For disputes about specific sessions or payouts, contact info@astrologics.in. Admin decisions on session refunds are final at v1. You may escalate to the founder at the same address if you believe an admin decision was unjust.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes (e.g., revenue share %, payout cadence) will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance.
