Easy cancellations before delivery
You can cancel your order any time before delivery of your item. Just follow these simple steps: log into your account on our website, choose the item on the My Orders page, click the Cancel button and you are done.
7-day easy return policy
Our easy returns policy makes it simple to return or replace an item. Log into your account within 7 days of delivery, choose the item on the My Orders page and click the Return tab. Please return your item in its original packaging with all tags, papers and bags and in unused condition. Return shipping is chargeable - both forward and reverse shipping charges (and cash-on-delivery charges, if any) apply as per our shipping partner, and may vary by location.

- Missing parts/accessories

Refund modes
We will initiate a refund to the following modes once your item is received by us:
- Credit/Debit card or Prepaid Payment Instrument → refunded to the same instrument.
- Net banking → refunded to your bank account.
- Cash on Delivery → refunded via NEFT to your bank account.
Important
- We may request information/documents to verify your credentials before initiating the refund.
- If the original payment mode has expired or is no longer valid, we will refund you via one of the modes above.
Terms
- Items returned should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies and accessories should be intact, or the courier will not accept the item.
- Replacements depend on the availability of the item.
- A refund or replacement is initiated once we receive your item and it passes the necessary quality checks.
- The following are non-refundable and non-replaceable: books, fragrances, precious jewellery & stones, oils & additives, fresheners, perfume, and items sold as sets/combos (which cannot be exchanged or returned individually).
