How we dispatch and deliver physical products across India.

This policy covers the shipping of physical products (gemstones, Rudraksha, yantras, malas, crystals and books) from the Astro Logics shop. Online consultations, reports and tools are delivered digitally and are not "shipped".
We currently ship within India only. (Our online consultations and free tools remain available worldwide.)
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout based on the order value, weight and destination. Promotional free-shipping thresholds, where offered, are shown on the product or cart page.
When your order ships, we send the tracking details to your registered email/phone, and you can also track it from the My Orders page.
Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. If a shipment is returned to us undelivered because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept, we will contact you to re-ship (re-shipping charges may apply) or to process a refund as per our Shop Returns Policy.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery if possible, or report it to us within 48 hours with photos. See the Shop Returns & Replacement Policy for replacements and refunds.
