These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Astro Logics website, apps, tools, consultations and shop (the "Platform"), operated by Brainguru Technologies ("Astro Logics", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version with a new effective date. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract under Indian law. The Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login and OTP confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.
The Platform provides astrological content, free tools (Kundli, matchmaking, horoscope, Panchang and more), paid consultations over chat, voice and video, paid reports, and a shop selling spiritual products. Astrologers are independent, verified experts who provide consultations through the Platform. Astro Logics acts as an intermediary/marketplace connecting you with astrologers and is not the author of the opinions they give. We screen astrologers in good faith but do not guarantee any particular outcome of a consultation.
You agree not to: misuse the Platform or any astrologer; harass, abuse, threaten or defame anyone; share unlawful, obscene, infringing or misleading content; attempt to contact or transact with astrologers off-Platform to avoid charges; reverse-engineer, scrape or disrupt the Platform; or use it for any illegal, fraudulent or commercial purpose. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
You are responsible for content you post (reviews, ratings, messages). By posting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and display it on the Platform. We may moderate or remove content that is abusive, false or unlawful.
All Platform content - text, software, charts, reports, graphics, logos and trademarks - is owned by or licensed to Astro Logics and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
The Platform relies on and may link to third parties (e.g. payment, messaging, mapping and hosting providers). We are not responsible for third-party services or websites and their separate terms apply.
The Platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for delays, glitches, deletions or failures outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro Logics, Brainguru Technologies and their astrologers, partners and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astro Logics, Brainguru Technologies and their staff and partners from any claim, loss or expense arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms or any law.
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or as required by law. On termination, any remaining wallet balance is handled as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable consumer-protection or arbitration law, the courts at Gautam Budh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest shall remain in effect.
