Shop Returns & Replacement Policy

Cancel free within 8 hours of ordering, a 7-day return window on eligible products, and clear, fair refund terms. (For consultations & wallet, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.)

This policy applies to physical products purchased from the Astro Logics shop (gemstones, Rudraksha, yantras, malas, crystals and books). 1. Cancelling an order (within 8 hours)

You can cancel an order within 8 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been packed, energised or dispatched. To cancel, log in and open My Orders → select the item → Cancel, or write to info@astrologics.in / WhatsApp +91 80100 44888 with your order number. If you have already paid, you receive a full refund (including shipping) to your original payment method or Astro Logics wallet.

After 8 hours - or once the order has been packed, energised or handed to the courier, whichever is earlier - it can no longer be cancelled. If you then refuse delivery, it is treated as a return under the terms below.

2. Returns & replacements - 7-day window

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery from My Orders → select the item → Return, or by emailing/WhatsApping us with your order number. The product must be unused and in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, lab certificates, papers and accessories intact - otherwise the courier may refuse the pickup or the return may be rejected at our quality check.

Two situations are handled differently:

  • If the fault is ours - the item arrived damaged, defective, wrong, or with parts missing - we arrange a free reverse pickup and give you a full refund or a free replacement.
  • If you simply changed your mind or no longer want an eligible item, you may still return it within the 7 days, but you bear the return (reverse) shipping cost, and the refund is for the product price only, excluding the original shipping charges.

3. Non-returnable items

For hygiene, authenticity and the energised/consecrated nature of certain products, the following are non-returnable and non-cancellable for a change of mind - they can only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective or wrong:

  • Gemstones and jewellery that have been energised / activated (prana-pratishtha) or worn.
  • Rudraksha that has been worn or used.
  • Puja / pooja products and services once the parcel is opened (they are fully energised by our experts and lose their sanctity once unsealed).
  • Books, oils, fragrances and perfumes.
  • Digital reports and PDFs, and any consultation / puja service (see the Cancellation & Refund Policy).
  • Items sold as sets or combos (which cannot be returned individually).

If an accepted replacement is out of stock, we refund you instead.

4. Who pays for return shipping

  • Our error (damaged, defective, wrong or missing item): reverse shipping is free - we arrange the pickup and bear the cost.
  • Change of mind / no-longer-wanted eligible item: the buyer bears the return shipping cost (and any COD charges), which may vary by location and courier.
  • In all refunds, the original forward-shipping charge is refunded only when the return is due to our error; it is not refunded on a change-of-mind return.

5. Full refund - when you get 100% back

You receive a complete refund of everything you paid, including shipping, in these cases:

  • You cancel within the 8-hour window, before the order is dispatched.
  • Your order is not delivered or is lost in transit.
  • The item arrives damaged, defective or wrong and we are unable to send a replacement.

For a change-of-mind return, the refund is the product price minus the shipping charges, as explained above.

6. Refund method & timeline

  • Refunds are initiated after we receive the returned item and it passes our quality check (for non-delivery or cancellations, straight away).
  • Astro Logics wallet / store credit is the fastest option - usually processed immediately on approval, with no expiry and full usability on the Platform.
  • Card / UPI / net-banking: refunded to the original method via Razorpay, typically within 5-7 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
  • Cash on Delivery: refunded by NEFT to your bank account (we'll ask for the details).

7. How to start a return & get help

Email info@astrologics.in or WhatsApp +91 80100 44888 with your order number. For a damage or defect claim, please attach two photos - one of the damaged part and one of the whole product - so our quality team can verify eligibility. We aim to confirm your return request within 2-3 working days.
