The Shree Baglamukhi Maha Yantra — Abhimantrit is a ritually activated sacred geometric instrument dedicated to Goddess Bagalamukhi, the eighth of the ten Mahavidyas. In the tantric tradition, Maa Bagalamukhi is regarded as the deity who governs the power of speech, legal matters, and the power to paralyse or overcome adversarial forces. This yantra is traditionally installed and worshipped by those facing litigation, competitive examinations, or other situations requiring clarity of speech and protection from hostility. It is kept in the puja space and honoured with yellow flowers, turmeric, and the prescribed mantra.
Goddess Bagalamukhi is associated in the Vedic tantric tradition with the planet Mars (Mangal) and the power of stambhana — the ability to still or neutralise opposing forces. Her yantra is believed to bestow protection from enemies, malicious speech, and the negative influence of adversarial planetary combinations in the birth chart, particularly those involving a weakened or afflicted Mars. Devotees in the Devi upasana tradition believe that sincere worship of this yantra, performed with proper guidance, invokes divine protection and inner strength during periods of conflict or challenge.
