How Dhana Yoga is formed

Dhana Yoga connects the 2nd lord (savings, family wealth) and the 11th lord (income and gains). Our engine records it when any of these holds:

• the 2nd lord sits in the 11th house, or the 11th lord in the 2nd;
• the two lords sit together in one house;
• one sits in a kendra (1st, 4th, 7th or 10th) and the other in a trikona (1st, 5th or 9th).

It is marked very strong when either lord is in its own or exalted sign.

What Dhana Yoga is said to give

Earning is the 11th house and keeping is the 2nd. When their lords work together, income turns into lasting savings, which is the classical meaning of the yoga. The source of the money is shown by the planets and houses involved: a 2nd lord in the 10th suggests career, in the 5th investments or intellect, in the 4th property.

How common is Dhana Yoga?
